Interested in trying a class before you commit to a membership? Easy! Just bring a non-perishable food item for Gillian's Place and you're in!

Drop-in classes are $15 to be paid by cash or credit card. (We aren't set up for debit.)

Monday
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - All genders - 15yrs and up

Tuesday
5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Youth - 10yrs to 14yrs
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - All genders - 15yrs and up

Wednesday
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - All genders - 15yrs and up
5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - All genders - 15yrs and up
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Women/feminine-identifying

Thursday
5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Youth - 10yrs to 14yrs
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - All genders - 15yrs and up

Friday
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - All genders - 15yrs and up
5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Women/feminine-identifying
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - All genders - 15yrs and up

Saturday - BOTH SATURDAY CLASSES ON HIATUS, RETURNING SEPTEMBER 8
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - Youth - 10yrs to 14yrs
10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. - All genders - 15yrs and up

Sunday
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Women/feminine-identifying

Notes:
All adult classes are for members who are 15 years old or older. Youth members (10 years to 14 years) cannot participate in these classes.

If no one has arrived for class by 10 minutes into the class, that class will be considered cancelled for the day. If this happens for a last class of the day, the gym will be closed and locked for the day.

Underdogs Boxing Club is closed on statutory holidays.

Personal training sessions are also available in half-hour & one-hour blocks and support the ongoing operation of Underdogs Boxing Club. Speak with Laura for more information and pricing.
